When you fill in our request form or call us, we collect what you provide:
Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider record standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
We use what you give us to do the job you contacted us about. Specifically:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it either.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as scheduling or customer service, is permitted where it is needed to carry out your job.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. This information is excluded from all other categories of sharing described in this policy.

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to service the account, meet our record-keeping obligations under our TCEQ transporter registration and applicable tax and business law, and resolve any disputes. Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a shorter period.
