Who we are

Northeast Texas Disposal is a family owned septic and grease trap company operating out of 1000 County Road 3372, Pickton, TX 75471. We have served Northeast Texas since 1993. You can reach us on (903) 885-4946.

When you fill in our request form or call us, we collect what you provide:

Your phone number
Your email address
The service you are asking about
Anything you write in the message field, such as your address or a description of the problem

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider record standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to do the job you contacted us about. Specifically:

To call or email you back about your request
To schedule and carry out septic, grease trap, excavation or storm shelter work
To send quotes, invoices and service records
To keep the records our TCEQ transporter registration requires us to keep
To answer questions and handle complaints

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it either.

Text messages and SMS

How we handle mobile numbers

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as scheduling or customer service, is permitted where it is needed to carry out your job.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. This information is excluded from all other categories of sharing described in this policy.

When we text you

If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about the job you asked us about, for example to confirm an appointment window, let you know the truck is on its way, or follow up on a quote. These are service messages related to work you requested.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

Stopping messages

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (903) 885-4946. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your job.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and analytics

How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to service the account, meet our record-keeping obligations under our TCEQ transporter registration and applicable tax and business law, and resolve any disputes. Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a shorter period.

Your choices

Stop texts. Reply STOP to any message.
Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
Ask what we hold. Call or write to us and we will tell you what information we have about you.
Correct or delete. Ask us to correct information that is wrong, or delete information we are not required to keep.

Texas does not currently give every resident the same statutory data rights that some other states do, but we will honour these requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including securing this website over HTTPS and limiting who can access customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
