If we have given you a written quote or work order for a specific job, that document governs that job. These terms cover everything it does not.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to septic, grease trap, excavation and storm shelter services provided by Northeast Texas Disposal. By using this site or booking work with us, you agree to them.
If we give you a separate written quote, work order or contract for a specific job, that document governs that job. These terms cover everything it does not.
Northeast Texas Disposal is a family owned business operating out of 1000 County Road 3372, Pickton, TX 75471, serving Northeast Texas since 1993. We hold TCEQ Transporter Registration number 23977.
We provide septic tank pumping, septic system installation, septic excavation, septic maintenance contracts, grease trap installation, cleaning and maintenance, and concrete storm shelter installation.
Waste we collect is processed at our own compost facility in Pickton.
We do not quote a job over the phone that we have not seen. Every septic system is different, and the condition of a tank, the depth of a field and the access to a property all change what the work involves.
Where we give a written estimate, it is based on what was visible and known at the time. If we open a system and find conditions that were not apparent, for example a collapsed line, a tank in a different location or a system that does not match its records, we will stop and talk to you before doing additional work or charging more.
You are responsible for:
Heavy equipment on soft or wet ground can leave marks. We take care to keep disruption to a minimum, but some disturbance to lawns, drives and landscaping is a normal part of excavation and pumping work.
Emergency call-outs are handled as quickly as we can manage. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, and weather, road conditions and jobs already in progress can affect scheduling.
Payment is due as set out on your invoice or work order. We accept American Express, cash, cheque, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Accounts not settled by the due date may be subject to late charges and collection costs permitted by Texas law.
If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about work you have asked us to do. Message frequency varies depending on your job.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call (903) 885-4946.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Septic system installation and some repairs require permits from the county or another authorised agent, and systems must meet the standards that apply where the property sits. Where we handle a permit application on your behalf we will tell you. Where the property owner is responsible for obtaining a permit, that responsibility remains yours.
We cannot carry out work that would breach local rules, and we may decline or stop a job where doing it properly would require a permit that is not in place.
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, using our own crew and equipment. Any warranty on a specific job is what is stated in that job's written quote, work order or invoice.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent Texas law allows, our services and this website are provided without other warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that an existing system we service will continue to function, where its condition, age or original installation is the cause of a later failure.
Information on this website is general guidance about septic and grease trap systems. It is not a substitute for having your own system looked at.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost business or lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree not to use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public.
If you leave a review or send us feedback, you allow us to display it in connection with our business. Reviews shown on this site are collected through third-party review platforms and are the opinions of the people who wrote them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hopkins County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or book work with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
